Refund Policy:

My Seven Figure Podcast offers both monthly and annual memberships, which are considered digital products that grant immediate access to course content, resources, and community features. Because of this, our refund policy is as follows:

 

Refunds are not issued for any processed charges after 48 hours, including both monthly and annual subscriptions, as access to digital content and community has already been granted.

 

If you believe there has been an error with billing or access, please contact our team at info@7figurepodcastclass.com for assistance.

 

We encourage all members to review their billing dates carefully and submit cancellation or pause requests at least 7 business days before the next billing cycle to avoid future charges.

 

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.

M7FP reserves the right to refuse refunds at its sole discretion in situations that do not align with the stated conditions or where abuse of the policy is suspected.

 

Delivery Policy:

Digital products and services (such as course access, community membership, and coaching calls) are delivered electronically through our online platform immediately upon purchase.

 

A confirmation email will also be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

 

We do not offer physical products at this time.

 

Return Policy:

Digital products (including membership, courses, downloads, and events) are non-returnable and non-refundable due to the nature of instant access.

 

If you encounter any issues accessing your purchase, please contact our team so we can assist in resolving them promptly.

 

Cancellation Policy:

We offer both month-to-month and annual subscriptions:

 

Month-to-month memberships automatically renew every 30 days from the original purchase date until canceled.

 

Annual memberships automatically renew on the 12-month anniversary of the original purchase unless canceled beforehand.

 

To cancel your subscription:

 

You must email info@7figurepodcastclass.com at least 7 business days before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming cycle.

 

Cancellation requests submitted through the Mighty Networks help section or by deleting the app are not valid, as these platforms are not connected to our internal subscription system.

 

Pause Option:

 

We offer the option to pause your membership for up to 3 months, no more than twice per calendar year.

 

During the pause, no payments will be processed, and access to the platform will be temporarily suspended until your resume date.

 

Email Communication & Delivery:

To ensure uninterrupted access to important updates, call links, billing notices, and community announcements, we recommend that members take the following actions based on their email provider:

 

Gmail: Move emails from us to your Primary inbox

 

Apple Mail: Tap the star icon to add us to your VIP list

 

Outlook: Add our email address to your Favorites

 

Other Providers: Reply to one of our emails with a quick "hey" to help ensure delivery

 

Please note: We cannot guarantee receipt of our communications if our email address is not added to your contacts or marked as safe. It is the responsibility of the member to ensure they are receiving our emails.
